The Fairmont Pacific Rim is a wonderful place that combines luxury, atmosphere, and excellent service to create a memorable experience. My recent visit to The Lobby Lounge & Raw Bar was fantastic, and I want to thank the new General Manager, Taka Akiyama, for making it so special. Taka brings a refreshing level of care and understanding to guests, making us feel truly welcomed and valued. From the warm greeting to the thoughtful service, everything reflected the hard work of Taka and the team. Thank you, Taka, and the Fairmont Pacific Rim team, for creating such a great atmosphere. I look forward to visiting again soon!
We spent a lot of time at the lobby lounge bar. Came here 3 times for sushi because it's really good. They use real crab for cali roll as well as they have great miso, salmon motoyaki roll, lobster roll was great and of course cocktails! My favorite was strawberry cocktail, my husband also took mocktails they have great selection. Also they prioritize hotel guests so you don't have to wait long. We also enjoyed live music in the evening. I am not sure about rest of the food menu didn't look healthy to me so we just took cheese board which was OK but nothing special. But i highly recommend sushi, very fresh and delicious. Also complementary nuts with any drink was very good snacks.

Have been frequenting for years. I am amazed at the consistency. service has been impeccable since opening. One of our friends’ birthday was a couple of weeks ago and we had gotten her a gift. Without even talking about it or letting server know, Jess had seen the birthday bag and brought her a complimentary desert. How nice is that? How perceptive. Wonderful service, wonderful staff and wonderful cocktails. Thank you Jess!
5 stars across the board. This is one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever tried; pretty much everything on the menu is amazing. Prices are a bit higher than your average high street sushi spot, but the quality is absolutely superior, making it super value for money. A must-try for sure.
I would recommend Lobby Lounge 100 times. Service the best. Chandler & Jessy were our servers. Both were great and very knowledgeable about the menu. Will visit again for sure.
I have been in for a drink and something small dishes. I really love the lobster caviar sushi roll. The food was delicious and fresh. Our server was very attentive and friendly. As drinks we have la Ranchera which is a very delicious margarita I really recommend it and strawberry cocktail. Very nice ambiance and clean restaurant. I really recommend it.
Great sushi and cocktails, extensive wine menu, and energy is great on weekends. Especially enjoy the late night appetizers such as the shishito peppers, though, I think the crispy rice is a bit overhyped but still quite good. They also open the sliding doors during the day so the restaurant has a patio energy to it which is nice.
